At Emit Creations, we take pride in carefully preparing and delivering your candles and floral arrangements with the highest level of care. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items (such as floral arrangements or specialty candles) may require additional preparation time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Local Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.
Local Delivery / Pickup (Optional – if you offer it)
We may offer local delivery in the Waukegan, IL area and surrounding communities.
Local delivery fees and availability will be shown at checkout.
Pickup options may also be available by appointment.
Floral Arrangement Shipping
Due to the delicate nature of floral arrangements:
- Some items may be local delivery only
- Fresh flowers are packaged securely to maintain quality during transit
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers that may affect freshness
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Issues & Delays
Emit Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of damaged items and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned:
- The customer is responsible for re-shipping fees
